How long does it take for you to prepare?

From 4  to 6 hours depending on the size of the hog. All meat is cooked on-site.

Can you cook indoors?

The Hog Roast can be cooked indoors, we can BBQ outside under a Gazebo if necessary

Do you part cook the meat ?

No we always roast the hog on-site.

How many people can you cater for?

We can cater for 20 - 150

Do you just do the Hog roast?

No. We also offer a wide range of menus. See above

How much space do you need?

10 foot square. For access we only need a standard door way opening

Can we have a Hogroast for 20 people ?

The Hogroast is too large but we do Spit Roast Lamb or Spit Roast Turkey or BBQ for smaller party's.

 What area do you cover?

 We are based on the Wirral, and cover Wirral, Chester,Cheshire, Liverpool, Merseyside, Lancashire & North Wales.

 Do we need to provide you with anything?

 We do need a Standard 240v electric supply.

 What happens if it rains?

 We have our own Gazebo.
