We provide a bespoke barbeque menu for your guests.

Prime Beef 8 oz burgers with onions and relish served on a white roll.

Speciality Sausages from our local suppliers. We offer a choice from Lincoln, Cumberland, Pork & apple, Pork & Leek, Pork & whole grain mustard or spicy chilli sausages.

Chicken Kebabs with peppers and mushrooms.

Pork Kebabs with apple sauce.

Minty Lamb Kebabs.

Vegetarian Mushroom, Pepper & Tomato Kebabs.

Chicken legs with our delicious BBQ sauce.

Chinese Sweet and Sour Belly Pork. (feeling hungry?)

All served with bread rolls or baps and a selection of  BBQ favourites, BBQ sauce, ketchup, English and Dijon Mustards.

Salads.

A selection of Crisp Seasonal salads with French or Italian dressing.

All prepared & served as a buffet by our Chef and assistant.

For your Barbeque we also provide a serving table with table cloth, disposable napkins and plates.

To complete your Barbeque we provide delicious dessert options.
